Those of you who weren't at the race this past Sunday missed out on a great event.  The UWF Mountain Bike Club put a lot of work into the event, they thought of absolutely everything, and it really showed.  The race went flawlessly and the near-endless raffle afterwards allowed almost everyone to go home with some gear or a gift certificate.  Thanks to everyone who made this happen, including the University of West Florida and all of the generous sponsors.  It's been too many years since we've had a race on our local trails and we can only hope we get more like this one.

PORC did pretty well in the results, taking four of the top eight spots in the Men's Advanced category, including another win by "Super" Dave Howell.   - Ed
