BRING THE JOY OF CHRISTMAS TO LESS FORTUNATE CHILDREN

The PORC EPIC, to Benefit Toys for Tots in Northwest Florida, is an annual event the club has hosted since 2007. Please plan to join us for an EPIC Ride event to benefit local children in Escambia County, Florida. This is an opportunity to support the efforts of the USMC Toys For Tots while enjoying an EPIC ride on the best trails in Northwest Florida. The EPIC will take place on the University of West Florida's - West Campus trails and will be hosted at the Pate Road trailhead.

Registration is from 7:30 am-8 am, and scheduled events are from 8 am-2 pm. There will be drawings for prizes for those who complete the EPIC Challenge and a turnover of toy donations to the Marines, so be sure to stick around for our annual group photo. Our sponsors give us great prizes for participants.

EPIC CHALLENGE

What's required to participate in the EPIC Challenge? Simply bring an unwrapped toy for a boy and a girl (the more the merry it's a toy drive after all), then set out on your EPIC ride. We have had groups in previous years completing 100 mile rides but we leave the EPIC up to you.

There will be checkpoints on the trails with a special hole punch. You will be given a punch card with spaces to punch in at each checkpoint. If you find all checkpoints and return your completed punch card to the PORC tent at the trailhead, you will be entered into the prize drawing. The more laps around the course you complete, the more opportunities you have to enter the EPIC Challenge.

First time joining us at the EPIC and not familiar with the trails at UWF? Be sure to take a look at the RIDE UWF Trails page for information related to the trail system including maps and recommended Trailforks mobile app to help you hit the trails.
